The 712 bulkhead needs to have all flush rivets on the aft side. The vertical stab spar will mate up against it later.
I could have squeezed these parts but any where I can use the DRDT-2 or C-Frame I do. These tools make a better quality dimple then the pneumatic squeezer.
I started out with the DRDT-2, My brother and I call it the R2D2. But I switched to the C-frame with the 2" die extender. Why did I do this? I had a brain fart. Don't ask.
