After the 711C Stab Attach Bars are drilled, they need to be shaped. First the ends need to be tapered. The the other end has a small taper to it. The plans spell it all out. Simple. Same old thing.
1.) Measure and scribe with caliper. 2.) Mark with Sharpie. 3.) Cut using band saw. 4.) Sand on course belt sander. 5.) Final sand on medium belt sander. 6.) Polish on Scotch Brite wheel.
