Brief Description: F-711 BH - Match drill 711D to bulkhead.
This 711D angle just gets a couple holes. One on each side. I think its best to not cut out the web of the bulkhead untill after the 711D is clamped and drilled. The web, that you'll cut out later, provides an edge for alaignment of the angle. You can see in image 1, I clamped a piece of scrap to the angle. The scrap then is pushed up against the bulkhead web. If you cut out the web first, then you can't do this and alaignment would be harder.
