Brief Description: F-711 BH - Match drill 711C Stab Attach Bar.
First make the 711D angle. Its ends are the same as the 710 angle except the angle is 1/8" instead of 3/16". Make sure you notice this.
Then you cut the 711C Stab Attach Bars to length, clamp in place and match drill using the bulkhead as a drill guide.
I took great care in making sure I had the bars in the proper position. Here is the weird thing. I left the bars 1/16" long. After clamping and drilling, it looks 1/32" short on the end on the right of image 3.
You are supose to have 5/8" from the last hole to the end of the bar. I am short 1/32" even though my bar is 1/16"over length. The protuding end extends out the correct amount. What's up wuth that?
