Brief Description: Install NACA vents. Shop head washer.Better Idea.
This new NACA vent shop head washer is a better idea because the washer can float to match the alignment of the other 2 holes (skin and vent). I think they are ½ inch square.
In making these I actually drilled 18 holes in a 1/2” strip. Then I separated them. This way made it easier to get the hole in the center of the washer.
