Brief Description: Roll Bar - Cut bolt access holes in rear channel.
One of the first things the plans have you do is cut out these bolt access holes in the rear 631 channels. I used the tooling hole to clamp the channel to the roll bar jig by putting a screw through it and into the jig. Take note the tooling hole is not the center of the access hole although I have heard of some using the tooling hole as the center. Not me. I put the access hole where the plans call for it. Did the typical thing of fly cutter and finished with a scotch bright deburring wheel.
