Brief Description:  Removing solid rivets from upper main spar

The A6 rivet factory heads on these wings are toward the inside. Clamping the spar down to the 6" foam blocks hold the wing in position to drill out the rivets.

Process:
. Center punch, 3/32 drill to get things started watching that it really stays centered.
. Drill guide to depth with 3/32, followed by #30 using the guide
. Without drill guide just drill the head depth
. Cold chissel heads off rivets
. Place solid backing around rivet (back up), clamp everything steady.
. 1/8 pin punch and hammer rivet stem out.

I have 1 x 2 x 3 blocks with through holes. These stacked with a .5 blockbetween them fit perfectly. Clamped down and hammered the rivet out. This setup won't work if the factory heads are towards the front. I think I may make the heads face the other way this time.
