Brief Description:  Install Dzus fasteners

Closed cover and opened the center holes to 5/16" with a marked step drill. They were a little small so I finished with a 5/16" reamer. Opened the hole on the strip to 11/32" to give clearance below.

Riveted the springs.

Made the washers and assembled.
