Made up a small tool (drill guide) to pilot drill the rib dzus strips. The holes in the skin/ribs are already #21. Clamped the strip in location then used the drill guide to locate the 3/32" drill bit.
All I had to do is setup the lathe and machine a step with a .155" dia in a piece of .5" dia steel rod about .5" long with a through hole of 3/32"dia. The step is only .025" (material thickness)
