Prepared cover by opening pilot holes to final rivet sizes. Layed out the DZUS Center holes and drilled 1/16" in cover. Attached cover, tightened up a couple of crimps to hold the shape better, and taped it down to transfer drill the 1/16" holes. Opened the holes to 3/32" so I could use silver cleco on a template I made before on the left wing locker to locate the rivet holes on the spring.
Drilled open to #31 only the rivet holes for the spring and dimpled them.
