The changes made this time were in my techniques. Instead of marking on the outside of the flange and using snips, I marked inside the flanges and used the bandsaw for the rough cut. On the elevator control cutout, I predrilled using a 1/2" bit. I then used the bandsaw and cut to the sides and center of the hole. This made material removal easier. Used the Dremel tool with a tungsten carbide cutter bit to remove excess materials and handfiled to the final dimensions. I also used the tungsten carbide cutter to produce the relief holes. this time, the part came out to my standards.
