Manual 38 sanded the top cowling air scoop vent, trimming with Dremel also
Manual 49 opened up the cooling door to check the gasket, cleaned it up
Manual 49-05 steps 1 - 3, attach the radiator heat exchanger to the firewall, had to widen the two forward holes to give proper clearance to the cooling door ribs to avoid damage to the radiator per KAI and SB 10-3-17. Attach seal plate and RTV in place.
