Brief Description: Top rear of left wing with first coat of paint
Today the weather settled down enough to allow me to rub back the top of the wing and apply the first coat of paint to the rear two thirds. I started with what has now become the normal ritual, get rid of the insects, wipe down wing for the last time and apply a light even coat of paint. All things being equal I might be able to apply the last coat of white tomorrow afternoon, then wait for it to dry properly before flipping it back over to mask up and paint the yellow on the leading edge.
