Brief Description: Bottom of left wing etched and undercoated
Wow big day today, I got up early and Anne-Marie gave me a had to flip the wing over before Istarted to rub back the whole of the bottom wing. It required several wipe downs with Presol to remove the aluminium dust. I then mixed a batch of etch primer and applied a light even coat. While this was drying I mixed the undercoat and 30 minutes later shot the wing with a single coat of grey. Because of the heat (its 27 degrees C today) everything is drying really nice and fast. The other wacky thing is there are no insects; it must be only the lighter colours that attract them, if only I was spraying the plane in camouflage colours.
