Brief Description: Top of Left wing in etch primer and undercoat
I have changed the etch primer I have been using, probably should have done this at the beginning, but I guess I am yet to see how well this works. It’s very easy to apply and goes on in almost as light transparent coat with a green tinge. It has to over coated within 12 hours with a suitable primer, anyway enough said, after flying this afternoon, the top of the wing got a coat of 2 pack etch primer thus the open spray booth, followed by a single coat of undercoat. I wish the topcoat went on like the undercoat, boy is this stuff easy to spray, dries fast too. I'll re-read the instructions tomorrow and see how long the drying time actually is before flipping the wing over and repeating the process.
