The air outlet installation ended up being really simple, I used a hole saw to cut the hole to the requreid size and then tacked the outlet tube in place with super glue, I then covered the joint with 5 minute araldite. Since this went so quickly I also decided to drill all the holes for the nutplates on the side canopy / turtle deck flashing, the rivet holes still need to be counter sunk, but that should not take to long and then the nut plates can be installed. I am also getting some sample speed nuts mailed to be along with a cataloge so that I can choose the most appropriate size, it should arrive this week and then I can complete the turtle deck installation.
