This evening I installed the two diagonal L angles that brace the flap torque tube and pulled off a few rivets that I had not been able to access previously because of the way the fuse was stitting on the saw horses. With this done I set up the flap limit mirco switches according to the drawings, this was not as easy as I had thought, it requires quite a bit of fiddling to get the travel indicated in the drawings. I set the micro switches up as per the instructions and then had to move the outside switch toward the front of the fuse to limit the travel of the worm drive. I still have no idea of the amount of travel that I have in the UP direction and probably won't until I drill the flap control horn to the torque tubes, but I think I have the travel in the DOWN direction correct. I case your wondering a 9V cordless drill battery drives the flap motor quite well.
