No pictures tonight as nothing much has changed, I removed the baggage tray yet again and marked the rivet line for all the baggage tray edges, the C channel stiffener and rear seat back and drilled all these with a #40 drill. The rivet pitch for all of these was 40mm which allowed me to not have to think too much, I am still tossing up if I bother to dimple the floor as in all likely hood it will have carpet installed. I then re-installed the baggage tray and back drilled all the holes into the C channel and rear seat panel with a #40 drill and then enlarged these to their final size of #30. I have also drilled a few of the holes that run along the fuselage side, access with the drill here is a real problem, the rest will have to wait until I can remove the top longeron and this will probably be after I have drilled the rear turtle deck.
