Tonight I radiused the corners of the rear access door, marked and drilled the holes for the nut plates, back drilled the door for the screws and then riveted the nut paltes in place. In the photo's I have not screwed all the screws fully down, but I will end up with a flush finish because the rivets are all counter sunk or dimpled, rather then the finish that Zenith achieved which has gaps due to the domed rivets.
