I'd used a softer metal hinge for this part and it was slightly bent. I still had some of the proper hinge material, MS2001, so I ripped the old one out and did it again. New hinge floxed in place, I reused the nut plates and as you see in pic three its all good again.
OK, I'll have to address the clearances just forward of that plate too. A bit of micro later eh?
