I did have a mold for this nose gear box and I had already done two boxes from it ages ago. Of course they were not the right size so I've used one of them to make a slightly higher mold as you see in pic one.
Pic two shows that I've added foam and trimmed it all nicely. Yes I needed it longer than plans too as my nose gear retracts just a bit further than the plans version so I can do gear doors.
Pic 3 has a coat of West system filler so I can blend the sides nicely for the new box.
