It took two days to get the LE nicely trimed and blended into the foam without damage.
Well really after being super crazy careful I found I'd made a crush dent in the foam just aft of the LE only noticable when the plastic tape came off. Wow you have to be careful.... more careful next time eh? OK a little extra filler latter, maybe a couple of grams I didn't want. I hope all my future errors are so easily corrected. It still looks like we are still on track for a good canard.
The TE (trailing edge) took a few hours to get it as straight as I could. The plans seem pretty clear this needs to be albsolutely straight. I think we are good as you see in pic 3.
