Brief Description:  Remove spar from jig

All thats left is to get it out of the jig.... CAREFULLY

I wiggled the thin knife for a while and then removed the back of the jig completely. Finally got it out with almost no damage.

There are a few bits of micro but its pretty clean. The last pic is a size comparison with the fuselage.

Now spar building stops. I have to get the wings done and then use these as a final template size and reverse back to ensure my completed spar fits correctly. Many people went ahead and found real problems just by being a few tenths of an inch out. A spar too bihg means a LOT of micro to get things to match and thats just dead weight I can n good advise I'm wrapping the spar up and into storage under the bench until some time next year.

The last pic is disturbing as its taken 18 months to get to this point. Yet there are a lot of steps in what is shown here. Thats all this plane building is ...one step completed then the next.
