Before the top goes on I made 1" diameter holes in the two inner bulkheads. These are for things like strobe and tip light wiring. Later the outside bulkheads will get similar treatment.
The next pic shows mylar fences I slipped in to prevent excess micro from gluing the lid to the jig.
The last pic is after a lot of careful work and gluing the CS4 top to complete the box shape of the spar. I used a lot of weights... it seemed to need a little all over to squeeze out some of the micro and ensuring a good bond.
