These are the nutplates need for the rudder pedal pivot blocks.
Pretty easy to make. Off course my first ones used domed rivets instead of countersunk. Oh well easy fix...
I cut to size per plans plus 0.1" I just wanted a bit more edge to the sides of the K1000 nutplates. As you can see it worked out OK and fun to make after struggling with the spar for months.
I cut out the back of the foam blocks ready for the plates to be glued in place.
