Just a couple of hours for the cleaning up of the edges again. I mainly used the vibrating tool and then permat grit sanding sticks.
I left the peel ply on all but the edge and when finished coverd this in plastic.
This completes the 8 ply torsional layup. There is a lot more to do on the gear but it was a fill in job while I waited for a foam delivery for the new floor.
