Brief Description: Designed and Installed Aft Cowl Support
I decided to trim the lower aft cowl at the firewall instead of using a lard V shaped cutout under the nose wheel strut as shown in the plans. This requires a support for the free edges of the lower aft cowl. Made up a angle bracket and installed with c-clamps. The cowl is attached to the angle with left-over 1/4 turn fasteners. I hope I will have enougth exit-area for cooling flow.
