Really have to twist arm to get into rear bulkhead from the next forward bulkhead. Very confining. But, I could barely touch lowest AN4 bolt to start a washer and a nut. Tightened to 75 in lbs. The remaining 2 AN4s were easier to reach. Same end result. The tie down ring had already been attached with one of the AN4s bolts, but still had one AN3 bolt to tighten so I could call it complete. Finished that and bolted 2 more AN3s at the rear deck, then moved on to the elevators. My arm suffered once again from crammed workspace.
Looking down into aft bulkhead space to confirm all 4 lower attach bolts were successfully attached.
Casualty of building. Many times before and I'm sure some more times in the future.
