Purchased two Safe-Air bulkhead fittings, one for each side of the firewall. Pilot side installed first. 1 1/8 hole cut, cleaned up, and then mounted the first fitting. Ready to add wires, then finish sealing it up. The EMS module wiring will use this exit. Struggling on best location for the other side. I will probably go with the same relative location on co-pilot side and get it done.

Wires get wrapped with silicone tape and more firesleeve inside this hole.
