Mixture and Governor through-hull grommets are all steel. SE961-250S from Doubletree Products, Inc. Model is now called TTP-250S . Even those have now been improved upon with model 7100 in various clamping diameters. These grommets were .125 and I enlarged them to .250. The can be enlarged more if necessary, but I believe .250 works with removing a tiny amount of the actual outer cable coating right at the clamping point. Step drilled 1 1/8 holes in firewall (alternate drilling from outside to inside, back and forth, to keep the edge surfaces relatively flat as you open up the hole. I lost two lock washers twice working with all the hardware, but found them. The machine screws are size 40. Next up will be Throttle, Grounding forest of tabs, Manifold Pressure opening, two Wire passthroughs, Alternate Air cable, perhaps Oil Cooler door cable, ANL-60 mount(2), and finally Smoke oil fitting. Firewall's going to look like swiss cheese..... I want to get that done so I can install the recess permanently, then hang the engine.

After taping the template on and center punching the 6 mounting holes and the large main opening.

All I can say is be careful cutting up steel. Each fragment will draw blood if you kneel on or touch.

Cables will get inside adel clamp support just before heading out the grommets.
