Tada!!! Its over. It was the easiest cut of all the cuts. There was a tape line to butt up to while cutting straight. The Dremel cut it like butter except when I started from the opposite side (pilot side) working up the canopy to meet the other finished cut line. Must be the cutter wheel direction change that was slightly harder to control but was still very, very easy to do. I was so worked up about this cut. I want everyone who reads this to know not to worry about it. Its soooo simple to get done, by yourself. Its all the hype you read about being such a delicate job. If the canopy is around 90 degrees, its very pliable and easy to cut. It was harder doing the original cuts because there was no history to draw from, and they were ''shaping'' cuts with irregular, curved lines.
Ready to debur after the big cut. The hacksaw blade tool was perfect...again..
Do protect your eyes from the micro chips and dust. I hold my breath, snort out, exhale, and continue.
