Brief Description:  Canopy Trim 7

Paul's visit was great. So he now has about 24,000 hours flight time. T37s, T38s, C141s, KC135s, C17s, Predators to name a few. Been recalled for both Gulf wars, bush pilot in Alaska, CFI, CFII, Multi, A&P, Flew Cessna 207s for Mark Air, and now has been captain Alaska Airlines long enough to be way up there on the seniority list. His latest first is cutting a canopy on the RV6A, formerly his kit. We would both agree that using the mini cutoff wheel on the Dremel beats anything you could do with the oscillating cutter. However, both get the job done. I am still undecided whether I'll use the Vans cutoff disc when I make the big cut. I learned that if you stop midway with the Dremel or oscillating cutter, there is usually telltale evidence on the cut line when you're done. We'll see about the big cut.
