Brief Description: Re-installed Avionics panels and riveted data plat

Reinstalled Avionics panels and reconnected and re-labeled controls. Ordered black pan head screws from ACS to better match the carbon panel. Drilled, deburred and pop riveted the data plate on the tail section under the horizontal stabilizer.
