When I originally did the wingtips I made a mistake on drilling the holes for the reinforcement. I re-ordered the brackets and epoxied the holes but did not rework the wingtip.
Epoxy primed, clecoed, drilled and riveted the outside brace. Epoxied the horizontal reinforcement rather than drilling holes and riveting. Did this with the other wirngtip and it worked out well.
