Brief Description: NACA Vent and Screen Installation
Ordered a 12" x 12" sheet of Particle filtering SS Wire cloth for the NACA Vents from McMaster-Carr (Part 9238T22) and cut slightly larger than the I.D. of the vent. Press fit and then glued the perimiter with some E-6000 adheasive that dries clear.
Decided to use SCATT tubing v.s. the cheaper black flex tubing that Van's supplies in the kit. Tried several times to get the black tubing on the SS eyeball vents and gave up after about 15 minutes and used some left over 2" SCAT with hose clamps.
