Brief Description:  ADSB Wiring and Other minor items

No pictures again for this log since there is not much to show. Completed the following tasks this weekend:

1) Spliced into the wiring bundle and tied in pigtails for the Skyview COM4 port which sends data to/from the ADSB unit. Installed Power and ground lines. Configured and testedt the unit. Appears to be workinb but since I am not close enough to receive any ADSB data links the final test will need to be done while the airplane is in flight during the 50 hr fly off period.

2) Shortened Skyview GPS puck wiring, ran heat shrink and recrimped AMP connector pins.

3) Received word from Ztron Labs that I smoked the tail strobe by connecting the power in reverse order. The unit does not have polarity protection and it will cost $25 bucks to fix. Should get that back shortly

4) Started final bundling of wires where I can. Drilled platenuts for Adel clamps where needed.

5) Ordered wiring from Stein to extend the Transponder wiring aft of the baggage compartment. Stein missed this and the current wiring is way too short. Guess they assumed I would mount in the avionics bays and not in the rear. Didn't read my instructions well. Not a big deal but more work to be done.
