Found an alternate supplier for the hardtwll latches B&B Aircraft supplies. Ordered two sizes. Found out that the H5000-2 (.064 - .150) were the best fi. Taped around the door perimiter and added a layer of cabosil/epoxy mix to make sure the door fit flush with the cowling.
I will rivet the door to the cowling after I get the piano hinge assembly complted.
