Brief Description: Things to complete before moving to DYL
|

Put together my initial punch list of items that I need to complete before moving to DYL for final assembly.I'm sure there is more but I will start with this list and add as necessary. Hoping to complete all of this by the end of September with some consistent work and a bit of luck.
1) Complete Canopy - screw down canopy, finish baggage window, side skirts, windshield fiberglass, canopy latch, safety latch.
2) Install Cowling - Drill hinges, fit canopy, finish engine baffling, FAB
3) Install Nosewheel fairing
4) Avionics wiring / installation, panel installation, air ducts install
5) Install Prop and Spinner
6) Install Electric Aileron Trim, control sticks and elevator push/pull tube
7) Install Horizontal and Vertical Stabilizer, elevator and rudder parts
8) Aircraft Registration
9) Flap motor center support.
