Brief Description: Right Wing Flap pushrod clearance hole
After learning the exact placement of the flap pushrod hole from drilling the left side I started the right side by drilling a #40 pilot hole centroid of the oval Van's cutout. The bottom started with drilling out the rivet that was on the bottom skin. Enlarged to 1/2" with a unibit and connected the two holes together. I then enlarged the hole front to back to accomodate the bearing and have enough clearance for neutral flaps. Next I attached the pushrod and made successive mark and dremil cutout to get the flaps to around 45 degrees.
Didn't cut the pushrods to length on the plans until I do final assembly with the motor installed.
