Drilled the flaprod clearance hole and connected the flap to the pushrod bar. Ensured clearance from zero to 50 degrees flap. This shold ensure that there is sufficient clearance since the flaps only go to 45 degrees max. Polished edges
Removed the wing in prep for countersinking and riveting platenuts for the wing root fairing. Checked the edge distance of the rear spar bolt. I'm sure I am off a few thousands but the minimum is at least met 5/8 (.62560) vs .677. Top and bottom are no issue as you can see by the lines in the picture. Picture is taken facing aft with the bolt in the forward spar hole. Rear spar hole has the same clearance.
