Decided that I will have landing lights in each wing. Purchased the Duckworks HID 50W units and used the paper cutout to trace the outline of the wing leading edge. Used a 2" hole saw offset in each corner and used aviation snips to get to within 1/2" of the cutout line. Used a dremmel drill to sand down to the line then polished with a small scotchbrite wheel then followed up with a scotchbrite pad. Turned out nice but took alot of work. I proceeded slowly because if this was not done correctly I would have to replace a rather large wing skin. The Duckworks instructions say that you can finish one in about two hours. I already have close to double that and have only cut the hole.
