Brief Description: EGT Probe and Engine Baffle Install
Measured down 2" and drilled 1/8" hole for the four EGT probes and saftey wired hose clamps. With Steve's help I went out to his hanger and we marked cut lines for the ballfe plates using his RV9 layout. Since we have the exact same engine and RV model the cut lines should be very similar and it iwll save me time when I do the cowling.
I will cut just above the line about 1/4" and will alodyne and rivet the baffles together per plans. When time comes to mount the cowl I will have some free play to adjust the measurements. Should not be that far off. The Baffle material can make up any small discrepancy when the time comes.
