Moving onto the Wd-725 Canopy Frame Side.
The heavy angle on the aft end of these Wd-725's have had their angle opened up from 90 degrees to something larger. The result is that the corner of the heavy angle protrudes aft-ward past the welded on side piece. You can see the protruding angles corner in Image 1.
What to? Some sand the angle bulge off. Others cut some length off the attaching C-704's to not interfere with the bulge. Me? I'll sand the bulge off as seen in image 2. I increased the angle between the belt sanding table and sanding belt to match the angle on the Wd-725. Then, sand away until the entire aft end of the angle is flat.
