Brief Description: Enlarging the Canopy Frame Goose Neck to 3/8"
After 1/4” hole is finished you have to enlarge them for the bushing. I don't have any pictures of the enlarging process. But, I had this really cool drill bit that was 1/4” tip and several thousands less then the 3/8” final size of 23/64”. The 1/4” drill bit pilot fit in the existing 1/4” hole and helped to position the 2/4 clamping. Once clamped, just continue to drill the 23/64” hole. Then you finish off the hole with a 3/8” reamer.
