Brief Description: Rercess bolt in flap actuator channel.
Plans call out to recess the bolt in the flap access channel. I used the step drill to just drill just less than 5/8”. Because I know the hole will move as I enlarge it, and then used a sanding drum to move it to enlarge it and move it back to center.
The flap actuator cover then needed to be notched out to match the hole in the channel. I used a sanding drum for this as well.
