This guy comes with the dimensions given on the drawing. The drawing is incorrect for the length however. But you don’t know it’s long until you bend the flange, fit and drill it. So, I just marked the hole locations, drilled them and then bent the flange. The drawing does not give a number of degrees to bend but instead a ¼” defection.. Instead I used a digital level to measure the degrees of deflection off the seat pans. I bent it by clamping it in my strong vice and smacking a piece of wood at the bend line. It worked well.
