Brief Description: Install platenuts in F-715 outer floor ribs.
Here I needed to finish installing platenuts on the outer F-715 floor rib. These hold the floor on and are called out in the plans for pulled rivets. But because I’m installing removable floors they are platenuts. I needed to wait and install them after the side skin was riveted. You can see the platenuts would have interfered with the rivets through the rib and skin.
I found that my pneumatic squeezer had more interference then my hand squeezer in getting flush with the platenut attach rivets. I could get flusher with the hand squeezer. I was able to reach all the platenuts with the hand squeezer.
