Primed aileron push tubes. On the smaller diameter aileron push tube I only primed the last inch or so. On the larger diameter stick push tube the whole thing got primed. I don't show how I tapped it off but on both tube types I wrapped the threaded ends with tape. The threaded ends then lay across 2 saw horses for priming.
The bummer. As I poured primer from the jar into the paint gun cup I saw a primer clump fall in. Normally this is an alert sign and I should have poured it back and stired it more. But no, I went on the "Hope" it would not clog the gun. Well it cloged the gun and messing around getting it uncloged I ended up over spraying these tubes way to much. I have drips and uglyness. Functionally ok but ugly. Not proud of it at all. I vow to never let this happen again. A weak moment I guess.
