Brief Description: Flap - Match drill, make shims.
I clecoed the whole flap together and matched drilled it. You know the drill, drill, move clecoes and drill some more.
Next I drilled the shims. I matched drilled the first one through the skin then matched drilled the remaining 3 through the first one. I made sure the edges of the shims were lined up on the side of the cleco clamp. This side will have equal distance from the hole to the edge of the shim. This edge will be on the outside and lines up nice with the rib flange.
