So, I've standardized on deburing the edge of skins. I first use about 5" strip of emery cloth. I don't use a block or anything, just my hands. Then follow with a scotch bright pad. Nice skin edges.
As you can see my fancy dimple table is still un evolved. Simple. it works for me.
Make sure you roll the edges of the trailing edge skin before you dimple them. I had a mental note to do this and forgot. Completed dimples and then rememered. Crap, now what. See next entry for answer.
